I am a German result oriented and dynamic PMI® certified project manager with over 15 years experience in project management ranging from successfully completed projects in the IT and high-tech sector to a number of construction projects, which I successfully managed and completed.
The experience I have gained over the years with people of different origins and cultures is especially valuable to me. My experience abroad ranges from Poland, Iran, the United Arab Emirates, Afghanistan and Qatar to Nigeria and Kenya.

How we can work together
Whether you are launching a new project or could need some support on an already ongoing project, I can help during all phases of a project, from project initiation and planning, to project execution and monitoring & controlling, right up to the closure of the project.
You’ll find details about how to work together here in services, or otherwise you may also write me an email if you wish. Please use the contact form.
At the end of each project all opportunities exhausted and all threads avoided despite all difficulties.
Continuously adding value to projects, improving the effectiveness of teamwork and enhancing work methodologies in conformity with the requirements and expectations of external and internal clients.
I enjoy being a mentor for career starters and for those who want to advance on their career ladder. Thereby I not only share my experiences, mentoring is also important and valuable to me, since I am constantly confronted with new questions and problems. I consider mentoring as a give and take, where I can always learn something new.
In addition I provide some of my project management templates, registers and documents for free download on my websites, and some of them are now used by project managers worldwide.
As a PMI® member I acknowledge that honesty, responsibility, respect and fairness are the values that drive ethical conduct for the project management profession. PMI’s Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct applies those values to the real-life practice of project management, where the best outcome is the most ethical one.
At the bottom line ethical behavior and honesty, in my opinion, are unavoidable and are very important ingredients on the way to successful project management and shall be part of every transaction, interaction, decision or action that I take.
