The usage and continuous improvement and development of templates and forms:

  1. Rationalizes desk works,
  2. Reduces incorrect or incomplete recording or dissemination of information,
  3. Unifies documents,
  4. Improves readability and makes it easier for the reader to find required information, especially if continuous and comparable processes are repeated over and over again,
  5. Supports the implementation of the idea of corporate identity,
  6. Allows continuous improvement of processes, coordination, and flow of communication.

As much as possible my templates are based on the PMBOK Guide® Fifth Edition standards and are developed during the planning stage of recent projects and reviewed and developed further during execution and project closing.

The editor of a document or set of documents is responsible for ensuring that all necessary information is included in the final version. Forms and templates therefore during the planning phase of any new project need to be reviewed, adjusted and improved.

I strive to gradually add more templates. Please visit my website again occasionally.
